Venice holds an unmistakable romance– winding canals, gorgeous Juliet architecture and narrow cobblestone streets that make it the perfect place to lose yourself with or without a love. Though the love affair often has more to do with the city of Venice itself..the history, the art, and the mysterious secrets it's managed to elude. Now to get rid of all the mobs of people :-P. Here are some of my favorite shots from one of the most intriguing cities in the world.

Congrats on your 100th post! Your photos are amazing. :)
Stunning photos, Lorena! Where's your next stop?
Congrats :) & your pics make me miss Venice sooo much! I absolutely adored the city. If at all possible, avoid the touristy places and get lost in the little back streets. That's where you'll find the BEST food and some amazing shops. You wont be disappointed! I promise.
I was sick when I visited Venice - but I think that's an excellent reason to go back.
Congrats on 100 posts!

Congrats on your 100th blog post! Your pictures are so vivid. What kind of camera are you using?
I've been! Loved it! It really is one of the most intriguing cities in the world. Too bad we went at such a busy time. But still enjoyed it. The gondola ride and getting lost in the city was my fav part. :) Love your photos!

@ The Taupe - Possibly Virginia next weekend for some fall foliage!
@ SweetTea in Sicily - I think I got lost a little too well in the back alleys since I made a complete loop without even realizing it! haha.. it's so confusing, especially because there are a lot of dead ends that lead to canals.
@ Villa Bisono - H&M wrap scarf! One of my favorites :-)
@ Shonda - I was using a Fuji Finepix F200EXR which has since gone to rest, lol, so Need to get a new one. I also do some sharpening and correction in Photoshop..
And to everyone else, thank you so much!!
Such stunning photos! I love Venice--I know some people complain that it's dirty but I think it is just gorgeous!

Hey doll I totally agree with wanting to get rid of the crowds. I think it´s one of those things that tends to take the magic away from some places - the crowds and the people trying to sell you cheap tourist products. Nevertheless I think you captured the city wonderfully, so beautiful !! ;) Congratulations on 100 posts and keep ´em coming.
Oh Congrats! 100 posts of amazingness! sucha treat that we get to share in your travels and fashion ;)
I want to go to Venice SO bad!!

Great photos, Lorena! And congrats on the 100th post. This brings back good memories. I loved Venice myself. Did you feed the pigeons or ride the gondola?
I've never seen nice scenery like this before. It was a nice thing to be in that kind of place.
I love the shots of the place. The gondola shot is amazing.
Congrats on your 100th post! Gorgeous pictures of Venice. I was there this summer and just felt the magic of it like a timeless painting :)
